NutriApp-Coach provides tools for managing clients, creating meal/exercise plans, tracking progress, and automations. We may update or modify features at any time.

3. Accounts & Responsibility

• You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Professional guidance remains your responsibility; NutriApp-Coach provides software tools only.

4. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, harmful, or abusive use.
• No unauthorized access or disruption to the service.
• Respect privacy and obtain necessary consents for client data.

5. Data & Privacy

Use of the service is subject to our Privacy Policy.

6. Payment & Credits

Where applicable, paid plans and credits are billed as described in the app. Credits are non-transferable and expire per plan terms.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NutriApp-Coach will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
